Community Standards and Guidelines

Our community standards are people-focused- we want people to collaborate, build authentic relationships, promote constructive group culture, and be encouraging and grateful to others. Please review these community standards and guidelines on how best to engage using the Members’ Lounge.

  • This is a community of fundraisers, partnership developers, and organizational leaders. Please use this platform to discuss relevant and constructive topics and limit sharing of non-related topics.
  • Maintain a positive community. This is a platform where you can ask questions and seek out the knowledge of your peers. This is a shared space of connection and learning. So please be polite and considerate in your interactions with other members. All people are welcome to use the Members’ Lounge. However, personal insults, threats of violence, and/or harassment have no place in this community and will result in revoked membership.
  • Share your knowledge! Help make the Members’ Lounge a richer place by sharing your expertise. Start a thread, post a comment, get involved!
  • Protect everyone’s privacy. Don’t share anything about yourself, your business, or another community member that you/they would not want to be made publicly available. Do not post personal information that you receive in private messages or other one-to-one communications in the Members’ Lounge without the other party’s consent.
  • Keep in mind, this is user-generated content. The Members’ Lounge is full of user-generated content with plenty of good advice, instruction, and insight. Connective Impact is not responsible for the content generated by other users. Please apply the same good judgment pertaining to 3rd party content on the platform that you would apply to information anywhere on the Internet.

If you recognize any violation of these guidelines or standards, please notify us at [email protected].
