JEN PETERSON: SENIOR ASSOCIATE, TETRATECH
Jen is an integrated livestock, crop production and farming systems agronomist and adult education and training specialist with 30 years of experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of food security programs, value chains and market systems in sixteen countries in Africa, plus India, Haiti and the United States. Jen has designed interdisciplinary development programs, extension strategies, communication tools, and training modules for the U.S. Government, multinational organizations (UN organizations and CGIAR centers), host country ministries, and local and international nongovernmental organizations. Lief Doerring is a senior international development expert, leader, and portfolio manager with more than 20 years of experience working in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific. He brings proven expertise in the design, implementation, and management of development donor-funded projects, including in micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) development; market systems and value chain development; agriculture; livelihoods; competitiveness; access to finance; and business development services. At DAI, he is in the private sector and investment practice on the economic growth team in the Technical Services unit. |
